Had an exact 140lbs morning this morning. Two days in a row, maybe it really is exactly 140 now! Fingers crossed. Up to 2 pills on my morning dosage now and 1 in the afternoon. Tiny thing of raisin oatmeal for breakfast and water.

Really want a veggie burrito from Chipotle for dinner. But OMG so many cals between the rice and tortilla. And how am I gonna run after such a heavy meal? …. gotta find something else.. but what??
